ANNUAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION
Career and Technical Education Programs
Clinton‑Essex‑Warren‑Washington BOCES, a/k/a Champlain Valley Educational Services (CVES BOCES), offers career and technical education (CTE) programs https://www.cves.org/cv-tec-career-programs/. CVES BOCES does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or any other legally protected status in its programs, services, activities, employment, or admissions. The district provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups, as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
