  • Instruction
  • Professional Responsibilities

The program also provides benchmarks (rubric) for success in each domain.

Through an interactive, activity driven process with reflection on practice and teaching/learning experiences, participants will:

  • Understand and be able to use the Framework for Teaching for improved professional practice
  • Recognize and apply knowledge to a classroom setting
  • Make the connection with teacher evaluation and improved professional practice
  • Understand and use teaching/evaluation criteria/ practices that address not only “WHAT” we teach but “HOW” we teach
  • Make connections for this model with current district initiatives and APPR program and state regulations/ mandates
